Kravora LLC (“Kravora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Kravora website, mobile applications, Kravora Journal, Kravora Elite, Kravora Training, AI-powered features, workout and progress tracking tools, connected health and fitness features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
This may include:
• Name
• Email address
• Username or account identifier
• Authentication and account-security information
• Subscription and account status
Passwords are handled through our authentication systems and are not intended to be stored by Kravora in readable plain text.
PROFILE AND FITNESS INFORMATION
Information you choose to provide may include:
• Age or date-of-birth information
• Height
• Weight
• Biological sex when used for fitness-related personalization
• Fitness goals
• Activity level
• Training preferences
• Available equipment
• Training experience
• Program and specialty selections
• Other information you provide to personalize your training experience
WORKOUT AND PROGRESS INFORMATION
This may include:
• Planned and completed workouts
• Exercises performed
• Sets, repetitions, resistance or weight
• Workout duration
• Training volume
• Exercise and workout history
• Personal records
• Progress measurements
• Progress photos you choose to upload
• Notes and other information you choose to save
CONNECTED HEALTH AND FITNESS DATA
If you choose to connect a compatible health, fitness, wearable, or device service, Kravora may access health and fitness information for which you grant permission.
Depending on the connected service and permissions you choose, this may include:
• Workout and exercise sessions
• Activity information
• Workout duration
• Distance
• Steps
• Heart rate
• Active energy or calories
• Laps or workout splits
• Other compatible fitness or workout information that you specifically authorize
Kravora only requests access to connected health or fitness information used to provide user-facing fitness features.
Access to connected health and fitness information is subject to your device and platform permissions. You may decline requested permissions or change supported permissions through your device or connected service settings.
Kravora does not use health or fitness information obtained through Apple HealthKit or similar restricted health-data platforms for targeted advertising, advertising profiles, or sale to data brokers.
KRAVORA TRAINING INFORMATION
If you use Kravora Training as a trainer, coach, or client, we may process information necessary to provide the trainer-client features you use.
This may include:
• Trainer or coach profile information
• Client relationships and invitations
• Assigned workout programs
• Completed workout information
• Training progress
• Coaching communications
• Program information
• Other information intentionally shared through trainer-client features
Information made available between a trainer and client is limited to the functionality and permissions provided by Kravora.
AI FEATURE INFORMATION
When you interact with Kravora AI features, we may process information you provide and relevant training information needed to generate the requested feature or response.
This may include workout history, training preferences, goals, exercise information, and text you submit to an AI-powered feature.
AI features are intended for fitness and informational purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.
DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We may automatically receive limited technical information such as:
• Device type
• Operating system
• Application version
• Diagnostic information
• Crash information
• Security information
• General usage and performance information
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to:
• Create and maintain your account
• Provide workout logging and training-history features
• Personalize training recommendations
• Generate requested AI-powered fitness features
• Provide workout programs and exercise substitutions
• Track progress and previous training activity
• Import authorized workout and fitness information
• Provide trainer-client functionality
• Process and manage subscriptions
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain account and platform security
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve performance and reliability
• Prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use connected health or fitness data for purposes prohibited by the platform through which that data was obtained.
3. HEALTH AND FITNESS DATA
Health and fitness information may be considered sensitive information.
Kravora uses connected health and fitness information to provide fitness-related features requested by the user, such as displaying workouts, training activity, progress, and compatible workout metrics.
Access is permission-based. Kravora does not require access to every available health-data category simply because a device or platform makes that category available.
You control the permissions provided through supported device and platform settings.
If you revoke a connected-service permission, Kravora will stop obtaining new information through that permission, subject to the operation of the applicable platform.
Revoking permission does not necessarily delete information that was previously imported into your Kravora account. You may request deletion of applicable account information as described below.
Kravora does not sell connected health or fitness information.
Kravora does not use information obtained through Apple HealthKit for advertising, marketing, or advertising-related profiling.
4. AI FEATURES
Kravora may use automated or artificial-intelligence technology to provide training suggestions, workout recommendations, exercise substitutions, coaching responses, or other fitness features.
Information submitted to or used by an AI feature is processed for the purpose of providing and operating that feature.
AI-generated information may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
Kravora does not sell your personal information for money.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the Services, including to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as:
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Authentication and security providers
• Payment and subscription providers
• Technical and diagnostic service providers
• AI or technology service providers when necessary to provide requested features
• Other vendors necessary to operate Kravora
Service providers may receive only information reasonably necessary for their role and are expected to process information according to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information:
• When you direct or authorize us to do so
• Between trainers and clients when required for Kravora Training features they choose to use
• To comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests
• To investigate fraud, security threats, or misuse
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of Kravora, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law
Connected health and fitness information is not disclosed to advertising networks or data brokers.
6. PAYMENTS
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable platform.
Kravora may receive information about a user's subscription status, product purchased, transaction status, or similar information necessary to provide purchased features.
Kravora does not receive or store the complete payment-card information used by an app store to process an in-app purchase.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why it is maintained.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate business requirements.
8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You may request deletion of your Kravora account using the account-deletion functionality provided by Kravora or by contacting:

When an account-deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.
Information maintained in backups may remain for a limited period until those backups are overwritten or deleted through ordinary system processes.
Deleting your Kravora account does not automatically delete information independently maintained by Apple Health, Health Connect, Samsung Health, an app store, a trainer or coach acting independently, or another third-party service. Those services are governed by their own controls and policies.
9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
You may be able to:
• Access certain personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Update your profile
• Request deletion of your account and applicable personal information
• Withdraw or change certain permissions or consent
• Manage connected health and fitness permissions through your device or platform
• Contact Kravora with a privacy request
Kravora may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may have rights regarding their personal information under applicable California privacy law.
Depending on the law's applicability and the circumstances, these rights may include rights to know or access certain information, request correction, request deletion, and receive information about how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
Kravora does not sell personal information for money.

11. DATA SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic system, application, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Kravora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Users under 18 must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law and the Kravora Terms of Use.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected in violation of applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Kravora may interact with third-party services such as app stores, health and fitness platforms, device manufacturers, payment services, and other integrations.
Those third parties may independently process information according to their own privacy policies.
Kravora is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
14. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Kravora is based in the United States.
If you access the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Kravora's service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as Kravora's Services, technology, data practices, or legal requirements change.
The Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy will identify the latest revision.
When required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
